Hi! My name is Paul Capuano and I am Senior Technical Engineer and developer at Technical Support Solutions.

Before I begin my first blog for the Technical Support Solutions Website let me briefly describe my background. I have been interested in computers since my teenage years back in the early 70’s. My mother was a System Administrator for a large telephone company, although I hadn’t indicated in those early years of a very big interest in computers (I actually wanted to be a Forest Ranger and then later a journalist) my path led me to change my interest.

I have been a user, developer and engineer since 1980 starting off with Basic programming. I earned my degree in Computer Science with interests in C and Visual Basic programming. I later attended school for A++, N+, Microsoft Systems, Cisco and Oracle certifications. I worked for America Online, Dell and One Source Data in these capacities.

I became an independent software engineer and developer in 2006.
